Returns:

Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order. If the costumer place a order by mistake a fee of 10% will be deducted of the amount of the order. 

All sales are final, we do not offer returns or exchanges of merchandise under any circumstances.

Hair Plus personal care products, we do not accept returns. This guarantees that all purchased products have not been in the hands of someone else, only our staff. This criterion applies to all items displayed on this website.

If for any reason the product received is not the product that appears on your proof of purchase please report it immediately.
