Shipping policy
SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY:
Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order, all orders received after 5 P.M will be considered next business day order. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be process that next 2 business days, we ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping service could take 1-3 days to delivered.
PICK-UP:
If you selected the pick-up option, please contact us at 978-382-3642 to arrange pick-up time. Pick up location is in Lawrence Massachusetts.
Carriers and Claims
It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, Hair Plus Massachusetts in such case will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Lost Or Stolen Package
We ship through the USPS, which provides safe, easy and traceable shipping methods. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to help you.
Once we deliver the package to the transport company, we can not be responsible for delays in the logistics of delivering your package. Remember to take into account holidays and non-working weekends for the USPS.
We can not be responsible for the loss of the packages delivered to the final address once the transport company confirms and verifies the delivery.
